Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our customer base. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of Diploma/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Between 1 - 2 years of experience in Field sales, retail, insurance or FMCG.
- Must be resident in Ashaiman, Tema, Spintex and its environs
