Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Multimedia Creative located in Accra. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as multimedia creation, video production, graphics design, photography, and graphic design to support various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original multimedia content including animations, videos, 3D models, and interactive media.
- Create and animate 3D assets using tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or other relevant 3D modeling software.
- Design and execute motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Edit and produce video content with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts for campaigns, products, and experiences.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Optimize multimedia content for web, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and new software tools.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high visual standards.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and revise creative outputs as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multimedia design and content creation.
- Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D modeling/animation tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to create, texture, rig, and animate 3D models.
- Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
- Understanding of audio editing and synchronization with visual content (a plus).
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work.
