We are a growing HVAC services company based in Ghana, committed to delivering professional climate control solutions across the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Apart from residential and commercial projects, we also retrofit and install advanced HVAC systems for factories, medical facilities and warehouses in Ghana and other African countries.
To ensure technical excellence, compliance, and reliability, we are seeking an experienced Consulting Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in industrial HVAC systems, particularly in temperature- and humidity-sensitive environments.

Your Mission
As a consulting engineer, you will serve as our technical authority and project advisor, guiding our internal team and overseeing subcontracted work to ensure the successful delivery of a highly specialized HVAC retrofit and new installation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical planning and system design review for cooling systems, ensuring consistent temperature control range of -4°C to 25°C ±1°C.
- Ensure zoning, airflow, humidity, insulation, and system layouts meet global standards for food-safe and medical safe HVAC.
- Support the selection and sizing of chillers, AHUs, ducting, and controls.
- Develop installation guidelines, compliance checklists, and performance benchmarks.
- Supervise and support the execution of the retrofit and new installation on-site.
- Advise on risk mitigation, system redundancy, energy efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
- Liaise with the client’s technical reps and support handover documentation and training.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in industrial/commercial HVAC systems.
- Deep expertise in cold storage, food processing, or pharmaceutical HVAC environments.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISO, and local environmental & building codes.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghana for project milestones.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, HVAC load calculation tools, or similar.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and mentoring skills.
