Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Internal Audit, located in Kasoa. The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, developing and implementing audit plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial and operational audits, assessing risks and internal controls, and preparing audit reports for management. The role involves collaborating with various departments to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Risk Management
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency in designing and evaluating Internal Controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are a plus
- Experience in the banking sector is an advantage
