Position Overview:
As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful sales career. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and company policies.
- Shadow experienced sales team members to learn best practices and gain practical experience.
Sales Activities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products or services.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in organizing and managing sales-related documentation and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Recent graduate
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes:
