Ghana Steel is currently hiring for the position of HR Executive / Visa Immigration Officer at our Tema location. We are looking for experienced professionals who are well-versed in labour laws and capable of handling visa and immigration processes efficiently.
Job Description:
- Manage visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure company compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and immigration regulations
- Maintain accurate records and employee documentation
- Liaise with government authorities regarding immigration and legal matters
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience, especially in immigration and labour law matters
- Strong understanding of the Ghana Labour Act and immigration procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
