Responsibilities
- Draft review and manage legal documents to support banking operations
- Serve as company secretary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Represent the institution in legal proceedings

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in law (LLB), postgraduate legal qualifications will be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience as an in-house counsel will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian banking regulations and policies
