Position Summary
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong graphic design foundation to join our client's growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for their digital platforms, client dashboards, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between aesthetic excellence and functional design, creating cohesive visual experiences across all touchpoints.
Responsbilities
- User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to optimize conversion and engagement
- Responsive Design: Create mobile-first, responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using industry-standard tools
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights
- Design System Management: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve visual identity across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints
- Marketing Collateral: Design pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, and sales materials that effectively communicate value propositions
- Digital Marketing Assets: Create social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital advertising materials
- Print Design: Design business cards, brochures, trade show materials, and other print collateral as needed
- Illustration & Iconography: Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual elements that enhance user understanding and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Design Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketch
- Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer, or Adobe XD
- Web Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX projects and graphic design work across digital and print mediums
- Typography: Excellent typography skills and understanding of visual hierarchy
- Color Theory: Advanced knowledge of color theory, accessibility standards, and brand consistency
- Layout Design: Proven ability to create clean, organized layouts that effectively communicate information

Experience Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of professional design experience with a mix of UI/UX and graphic design projects
- SaaS/Tech Experience: Previous experience designing for SaaS platforms, technology products, or B2B software solutions preferred
- Agency or In-House: Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is a plus
