Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with Java expertise to join our Software Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- At least 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate, with a focus on scalable design.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), with experience in RESTful APIs or frameworks like React/Angular preferred.
- Proficiency in database development, including SQL and ORM tools (e.g., JPA or MyBatis).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, such as SOLID design and MVC patterns.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching and merging workflows.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based projects.
- Comfort working independently or as part of a fast-paced team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- • Code quality: Measure code maintainability, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
- • Software delivery: Track the timeliness and quality of software releases.
- • System performance: Monitor application performance, including response time and scalability.
- • Bug resolution: Track the number of bugs and the time taken to resolve them.
- • Project completion: Measure the progress and completion of software development projects.
