Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Developer/Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually stunning, user-friendly websites that reflect our brand’s sophistication and elegance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and design, with experience in the hospitality or luxury brand sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites for the group’s diverse entities (Hotel, IT, Media, and Philanthropy).

- Ensure an exceptional user experience by creating intuitive navigation, engaging visuals, and interactive elements tailored to our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate high-quality content, including images, videos, and text, to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Manage and optimize the hotel’s secure booking engine for seamless reservations and special offers.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and ensure fast loading times, mobile responsiveness, and technical excellence.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all web pages, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.
- Regularly update websites with fresh content, including promotions, events, and other relevant updates.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer/Designer, preferably in the hospitality or IT sector.
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience integrating booking systems and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design and development work.
- Experience working with luxury brands or hospitality websites.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC and social media integrations.
- Basic understanding of copywriting and content strategy.
