Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve overall sales goals.

Required Skills or Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Education
- Tertiary: National Service Personnel
Salary: Basic Salary plus commission
Location: Accra, Kumasi & Sunyani
