Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the management of staff licenses, health insurance, vehicle roadworthy, vehicle & motor insurance .etc.
- Maintain the functionality of office assets and procure new equipment.
- Assist in the organization of company events.
- Develop training programs for staffs to enhance their operational efficiency and compliance with work procedures
- Develop effective induction programs for new staff
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
- Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and industry developments
- Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with the company's attendance policy.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly.
- Provide feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align performance goals with the organization’s objectives.
