ROLE SUMMARY:

The Front of House Manager is the face of our brand and will be responsible for the effective & efficient management of all aspects of the Front of House operations, which includes but not limited to Welcoming of guests, Cabin Reservations, Call Centre, Day Visitor Agents and Public Relations. All with the prime objective of providing a first-class premium service for our esteemed clientele.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure a faster, efficient and courteous check-in and check-out of new arrivals and departing guest, respectively.
  • Ensure budget preparation, accurate financial reporting and inventory control related to front office operations.
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of all forms of guest enquiries & complaints, either via phone or the web.
  • Responsible for managing front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service to all our guests by providing general support to visitors, acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with other key stakeholders and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure the strict monitoring and implementation of all front office SOPs as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to be presented to the General Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years work experience in a Front Office Ops or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Open to work on different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and any well-known front office management software.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
