Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Coordinator, located in Accra. The Tourism Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and handling tourism marketing efforts. The role involves planning and executing travel-related activities, managing bookings, and ensuring a memorable experience for clients.
The Tourism Coordinator will also collaborate with other team members and partners to promote tourism packages and services.

- Skills in Guided Tours and Communication
- Experience in Tourism Marketing and Marketing
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using tourism-related software and tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
