Eco-Me Africa is a social impact-driven organization based in Adenta, Ghana, dedicated to transforming menstrual health and addressing waste challenges across Africa. The organization collaborates with women along the value chain to produce and sell eco-friendly reusable sanitary pads. Eco-Me Africa also provides comprehensive Menstrual and Reproductive Health Education to empower communities and promote sustainability.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Eco-Me Africa in Adenta. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to promote and sell eco-friendly reusable sanitary pads and educate communities on menstrual health.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective training
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and social impact initiatives
- Previous experience in social impact organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
