Mass Industries is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance its financial management practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, with substantial experience in a manufacturing environment -preferably in a biscuit production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance and accounting department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting systems.
- Oversee and support the implementation of ERP and financial software systems (e.g., Navision).
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering leadership and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA is advantageous.
- 6–7 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing firm; experience in a biscuit factory is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Navision).
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
