We’re looking for a strategic thinker and client champion who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. As Senior Account (Client Service) Manager, you will lead major client accounts, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role demands strong leadership, relationship management, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling creative solutions.
You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver work that’s on brief, on time, and on budget, whilst pushing boundaries to exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in account management, ideally within an advertising or creative agency
- Proven success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile clients
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience working across social, content, and performance platforms
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
