As we scale our impact and expand our solutions, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and execution.
Role Summary
As the CTO, you will be part of AIDEC Digital’s executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy, overseeing the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions, and ensuring that the company’s technology infrastructure supports its business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement AIDEC Digital’s long-term technology vision in alignment with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Oversee the design, development, and scaling of all digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering and technical team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, agility, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of all internal and external technology systems.
- Manage DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data governance frameworks.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners, service providers, and vendors.
- Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and investors.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy compliance, and technology-related risk management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, including at least 3–5 years in a CTO or senior technology executive position, preferably within a tech-driven or digital solutions company
- Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in scaling technology platforms and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of modern technologies such as cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, DevOps, cybersecurity, and APIs.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
