Position Summary
We are in search of an experienced and passionate HR ASSISTANT to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Human Resources Manager in designing and implementing HR processes that support strategic business goals, and also comply with best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding procedure for new hires.
- Assess training needs, and develop training and development programs.
- Assist performance appraisal system that drives high performance; and provide day-to-day guidance on performance management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.
- Monitor time management processes such as absenteeism.
- Maintain employee records.
- Ensure legal compliance

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience in HR Department
- Strategic planner.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite.
