This role requires a proactive and adaptable leader who can manage day-to-day HR operations, implement scalable systems, and design strategies to attract and retain top talent across the sustainability sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding.
- Lead talent acquisition campaigns and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Africa and the diaspora.
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and values alignment, supporting an environment where employees thrive.
- Design and implement HR policies that support equity, transparency, and sustainability.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring and team-building processes.
- Monitor and evaluate team capacity, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across operating regions.
