Hafy Accredit Institute Limited (HAIL) is a business established to assist clients that wish to set up tertiary education institutions or existing tertiary educations which are undergoing various quality assurance processes including accreditation, re-accreditation academic audit and charter.
Job Description
A private chartered tertiary institution located in Accra seeks for immediate employment PhD holders to teach the underlisted postgraduate programmes either on full time or part time basis in the specialized areas:
- LLM/MSc. Employment and Labour Relations
- LLM/MSc. Construction
- LLM/MSc. Environmental Resource Management
- LLM/MSc. Transportation

Job Functions
The lecturer’s main duties and responsibilities shall include the following:
- Teach assigned courses.
- Contribute to development of new programmes
- Supervise research work of graduate students.
- Conduct seminars and supervise graduate students thesis or project work.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish the results.
- Follow the Code of Conduct and any legally binding laws as established by the University.
- Provide services to the Department, the University and professional organizations when the need arises.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must:
- Possess a PhD with specialisation in the relevant field of study listed above or a closely related academic area.
- Have some professional experience in the specific area.
- Have demonstrated potential and interest to conduct research and to excel in teaching at the graduate level.
- Teaching experience in a reputable University or comparable institution would be an added advantage.

- The appointment shall be full-time or part-time.
