We, Bridgewater Africa, are seeking a highly motivated analyst with keen interest in Investment Banking to join our team.
This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in deal execution, financial modeling, and client support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and analysis - Perform in-depth industry, market, and company research and analysis
- Support the development of pitch books, client presentations, and other marketing materials
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates
- Assist in due diligence processes and data room management
- Monitor market developments and trends relevant to client industries

Requirements
Qualifications
- First-class Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Highly motivated, self-starter, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CFA) will be advantageous
