We are looking for a Sales Closer to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience and represent our brand whilst building community.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Update the company sales & delivery tracker accurately in real time
- Guiding client leads through our sales funnel process diligently and process orders through our sales funnel accurately
- Actively cross-sell, up-sell through education and follow up on clients to maximise all sales opportunities
- Highlight key sales trends and opportunities to management
- Educate customers on best brush after-care and key uses of the brushes
- Serve special walk-in customers
- Update Whatsapp business status & send marketing broadcast messages
- Assist in preparations for pop shops and fairs
- Any additional task from management

Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years direct experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong persuasive & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Ability to identify sales opportunities & close deals
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory
