Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Work closely with various teams across the CBU to identify and solve business challenges by utilizing large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in a distributed processing environment as well as developing of machine learning models for various areas of the business on the Big Data Platform.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Identify, Analyse, and Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Support the extraction of data (ETL) from multiple sources.
- Perform quantitative analysis of product trends to recommend mass/segmentation decisions.
- Analyse and track customer behaviour to identify trends and unmet needs.
- Prepare periodic and regular reports on prepaid base activity levels and Churn for decision making.
- Communicate analytics and ML model results to business users.
- Monitor the pre- and post-launch performance of products in relation to generated revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with product team to conduct pre and post benefit analysis on new and existing products in the market.

- Assist in developing internal tools for data analysis. Like dashboards, cubes and various reports.
- Analyse large datasets to provide strategic direction to the company.
- Prepare various Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Prepare various Adhoc analysis as per the business requirement.
- Work with Market Insights and Financial Decision Support teams to develop business cases
- Work with other stakeholder in ensuring the smooth execution and running of campaigns and campaign management platforms
Core Competencies, Knowledge, And Experience

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, business administration or economics
- 4+ years of experience in similar big data and data science and data analysis role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, , or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and associated data Science ecosystem, Machine Learning and Experiments Design
- Working knowledge of reporting software, such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access Reports, Teradata or SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Significant knowledge of customer-driven marketing techniques and processes
