Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Executive based in Accra. The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strategies to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business strategies and practices
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Account Management
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
