Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash
- Reconcile shift-wise daily collections and ensure timely, accurate bank deposits
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit & loss accounts, cash flow reports, and budgets
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to prevent financial irregularities
- Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with Admin, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure financial discipline across the hospital
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance reporting through technology (e.g., accounting software, dashboards)

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA, ICAG, or CA Ghana (part-qualified or fully qualified)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, retail, or other cash-intensive sectors
- Strong background in reconciliations, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High integrity, keen attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
