Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, located in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to local pharmacies and hospitals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent customer service.

The individual will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and providing training as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategies
- Experience in providing Training and conducting market research
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
