JWEST Construction Hub, a subsidiary of Jacob West Ltd, is a retail supplier of construction materials based in Dome, Accra. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and organized Store/Facility Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations and keep our store running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role:
As the Store/Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, overseeing facility maintenance, handling daily banking duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll also coordinate with vendors, manage deliveries, and report directly to upper management to align operations with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the facility is well-maintained
- Supervise and support retail staff and delivery personnel
- Manage inventory: track stock levels, reorder supplies, and prevent stockouts
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and repairs
- Handle daily banking, petty cash, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely service
- Assist customers with product knowledge and in-store guidance
- Oversee administrative tasks, including reporting and internal communications
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Record-keeping and communication with upper management
- Provide customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, facility, or retail management
- Completed JHS
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication in English, Twi and at least one other local language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic digital tools (email, mobile apps)
- Familiarity with construction materials is an advantage
- Trustworthy, proactive, and dependable
- Preferably based in or around Dome, Accra
- Good knowledge of locations in and around Accra (for coordinating deliveries and vendor activities)
