This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist/Farm Manager at Mow Farms located in Koforidua . The role will involve tasks such as soil science analysis, managing agriculture operations, implementing irrigation systems,Fertigation,Green house management, conducting research on plant nutrition,Operational reporting and optimizing crop yield.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Soil Science, Agriculture, and Plant Nutrition
- Proficiency in implementing irrigation systems
- Ability to conduct research and analyze agricultural data
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
