The Preschool Teacher creates a warm, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. Responsible for planning and delivering lessons based on child development principles, ensuring each child’s safety, well-being, and growth
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with preschool standards and Jolly Phonics methods.
- Maintain a healthy, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and document each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, training, and team meetings.
- Uphold the school’s values, policies, and professional standards

Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
- Certification in Jolly Phonics Training (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a preschool teacher
- Strong understanding of child development and preschool educational methods
- Creative, patient, and reliable personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
