Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve a set monthly target.
- You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with our internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and go out with newly recruited sales executives.
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales management experience (3+ years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
