Hechtech conducts research for clients around the world while producing content for social media and running a small event space in Accra, with guest rooms, a restaurant, a garden nursery and a tiny shop selling homemade merchandise (see www.hechtech.com)
Job Description
- Your job is to promote Hechtech House and connect it with people and communities in Ghana and around the world. They could include artists, actors, musicians, local religious groups, chiefs and priests, NGOs, and academics, as well as international organizations, especially funders.
- You would produce content for social media, assist with marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and handle communications and scheduling.
- Day-to-day tasks would include coordinating, scheduling, answering phone calls and networking.

Required Skills or Experience
YOU DO NOT NEED FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS. YOU JUST NEED TO BE SMART
- Good research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Twi, as well as other languages like Ga and French.
- General knowledge of current events in Ghana and around the world.
- Interpersonal networking and communication skills.
- Computer skills: MSWord, WordPress, audio and video editing (Capcut)
- Social media savvy with tiktok, Instagram and more
- Flexible: willing to take on whatever task needs doing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with marketing
- You must live close by Osu (no long commuting)
