Job Overview
We are seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join Escay Studio, the design arm of Escay Business Solution Limited. In this fully remote role, you’ll focus on brand identity design and general graphic design, working on a project-by-project basis. Compensation will be paid per completed work, offering you the flexibility to showcase your skills while delivering high-quality designs that elevate the Escay brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identity assets under Escay Studio, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements that align with client and brand objectives.
- Create engaging graphics for marketing collateral, social media, presentations, and other needs as assigned.
- Collaborate remotely with the Escay Studio team to interpret project briefs and deliver designs that meet expectations.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while bringing a fresh, creative perspective to every project.
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs and achieve polished, client-ready results.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining Escay’s high standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Passion for brand identity design and versatility in general graphic design.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong self-discipline and time management.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration and understanding project requirements.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering visually appealing designs.
- Prior experience in graphic design (junior level or freelance) is a bonus but not required.
Tools & Software
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
- Knowledge of additional tools like InDesign, After Effects, Figma, or Canva is a plus but not essential.

Compensation
- This is a paid-per-work position under Escay Studio. Payment will be determined per project, based on scope and complexity.
