This is a full-time on-site role for a People and Customer Experience Officer located in Accra. The People and Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing interpersonal skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
