Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in graphic design, multimedia/ audiovisual communications, or media arts or a related field demonstrating the capacity for the required knowledge.
Experience
- Five years of professional experience in data visualization and/or graphic design work.
- Working knowledge of best practices in graphic design.
- Working knowledge and experience in corporate documentary and video production.
- Working ability to create infographics and data dashboards in data visualization software applications.
- Proficient at using Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Lightroom.
Technical Skills
- Outstanding creative and visual presentation skills with proficient skills in layout and graphic design principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop digital content for a broad and diverse audiences.
- Skilled at translating broad and complex ideas and concepts to clear and compelling communications.
- Ability to build consensus around content presentations, treatments, scripts, and tactics.
- Ability to multi-task, handling volumes of information and working under strict timelines.
- Attention to detail; is resourceful, responsible, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Values collaboration, trust, and creativity in every aspect of work.
- Utilize resources and time efficiently through balancing and prioritizing multiple activities.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement while seeking out opportunities; makes suggestions and partners with team members to achieve efficiencies.

- The position is located at our Accra Regional Hub and Ahafo North Mine Site.
