Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer with strong expertise in WordPress website development and proficiency in Elementor and other no-code website-building tools. The ideal candidate should also have a solid background in UI/UX design, utilizing tools like Figma,
Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. You will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites that meet client specifications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities
- WordPress Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize themes and plugins using Elementor and other tools.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.
UI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to refine design concepts.
- Ensure intuitive user flows and visually appealing layouts.
Graphic Design:
- Create and edit graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Design banners, logos, and other visual assets for websites and marketing materials.
No-Code Tools Expertise:
- Utilise tools like Elementor, Wix, Webflow, or Squarespace to build custom websites.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in no-code development tools.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs and developments.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are functional across different devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin integration.
- Hands-on experience with Elementor, Wix, Webflow, or other no-code website-building tools.
- Strong UI/UX design skills, with expertise in tools like Figma.
- Graphic design proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- SEO best practices and website performance optimisation.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design and WordPress development.
- Proven portfolio showcasing previous projects built with Elementor, Figma, and no-code tools.
- Experience working with clients from various industries is an advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications in WordPress, Elementor, or UI/UX design will be a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills for Administrative and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
