The DCL graduate internship program is a paid internship program designed to provide recent graduates with useful hands-on exposure to the business world by providing solid on-the-job training and mentorship to Interns. Position Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager, providing support across a range of functions while developing a strong foundation in HR practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events and activities.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving routine HR issues.
- Participate in performance management processes, including tracking and documenting employee performance.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A recent graduate with HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
