We are seeking dynamic and passionate educators to join our team in a basic school located in Accra. The ideal candidates will be responsible for teaching English, Mathematics, and Science to primary and junior high school students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Create an interactive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to promote a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum for English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
- Communication skills, subject knowledge, classroom management, creativity.
