Tullow is offering an exciting opportunity within the Marine Team. The position is for a Mooring Master, which is a Full-Time Permanent position based Offshore, Ghana, with a 28/28 rotation working arrangements.
Job Purpose
The Mooring Master is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of export operations in accordance with the TEN and Jubilee Terminal Manuals. This role entails maintaining comprehensive records on the performance, usage, and condition of mooring equipment and cargo hoses, managing inspection and change-out procedures, and serving as the company representative for export hose operations.

Skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Strong leader in Environmental Health and Safety, leads by example.
- Computer literacy with reference to word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective planning.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
