Work with Business Units, Revenue Assurance, Corporate security, Finance and other Technology departments to analyze, design, plan, develop, implement and deliver end to end solutions across IT systems, Freelancer and Retail Systems, Provisioning & Activation systems, Products and Tariffs, Offers, Value Added Services, Telecel Cash, Campaign management and related systems
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Responsible for the end-to-end solutions design effort for complex solutions requirements in conjunction with the design authority, delivery management, and operational teams within the technology organization.
- Responsible for tariff and other complex configurations on the On the Online Charging System.
- Hands-on experience in Products & Tariffs Development – Mobile/Fixed, prepaid, post-paid, VAS & Content, Telecel Cash, Campaign Management and Related Systems.
- Responsible for the E2E delivery of the required SLA’s defined within the solution development for Business units
- Support Maintenance of application & products

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Online Charging System configuration.
- Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
- Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving Skills, leading teams and working well with others to achieve common goals.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects.
- Effective communication is necessary to collaborate with teams, present findings, and implement solutions.
Must-Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline / experience.
- Experience in Charging, Rating & Billing, Protocols – TCP/IP, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, Diameter, SMPP, MAP protocol,
- Knowledge and understanding IT Systems, Online Charging Systems & Protocols, Converged Charging and Billing Systems, Mobile Financial Services & Systems, Value Added Services (USSD, SMS & IVR), Telecom for delivering relevant domain solutions. I.E Products, Applications, Systems, etc
- Experience in Business & Customer Requirements Analysis Telecom & IT networks and systems, Back end System, Service and Solution Development, Operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows and related environment), Database administration
- Application Development (Shell Scripting, Java, PHP, Python, .Net, SOAP/XML, REST APIs, Web services, etc.), Research & Development
- Architecture & Design
- Testing & Evaluation, Implementation & Integration
