A reputable communications and advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Operations Manager
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to plan, organize, and manage all operations and service delivery to produce the desired outcome of a high-quality product or service that satisfies our clients/customer demands
Key responsibilities and duties
Projects
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant
- Ensure resource allocation to specific projects and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, report and escalate to management when the need arises.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop operations and project procedure policy for implementation and ensure successfully implemented policies and ensure they are strictly adhered to
- Ensure that all workshop safety practices are strictly adhered to

Operations:
- Handle the entire planning, organizing, and supervising outdoor operations, adhering to installation procedures and quality delivery of our services
- Have an overview of operations supervisors and team leaders' tasks to ensure the smooth execution of jobs/projects
- Manage all operational personnel meetings of your unit to review all works and report to management
- Ensure operations supervisors submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of all operations activities undertaken by the unit to you of which you will submit a department report to management
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance for all our structures nationwide
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- An MBA in Project Management will be plus
- 5 years post-qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable company.
- Good in measurement, organizational and project management skills as well as leadership qualities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office operations and in the use of other enterprise
