Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a BTL and Activations Officer located in Accra. The BTL and Activations Officer will be responsible for coordinating below-the-line marketing activities, organizing and executing activations for various events, and contributing to brand strategies through excellent executions.

Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, activations, and below-the-line marketing
- Knowledge of aviation-related activities and processes
- Training skills in event management or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
