Purpose
Operating tractors and tankers for operational transport requirements
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate tractors and tankers for operation transport requirements
- Carry out essential operator maintenance works on tractors
- Identify and report all defects for prompt actions
- Operate tractors in a safe and productive way
- Carry out daily inspections and lubrication on tractors and tankers
- Ensure the cleaning of tractors and implements weekly
- Ensure logging of all official trips with the security
- Follow all food safety standards
- Follow strict hygiene protocols while using the tractor and tanker
- Submit weekly reports on the tractors and tankers
Required Skills or Experience
Education, Experience, and Competencies
- Sufficient knowledge in tractor operation
- Valid driver’s license ‘E’
- Good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective technical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Teamworking skills
- Ability to spot problems on the tractor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work during odd hours
