The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tyre products, market trends, and customer needs, with a proven track record of sales success in the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and product availability.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software is an advantage.
