We are pleased to announce an open position for an Accounts Officer at Ideas Printhouse Ltd. This position is critical for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organization.

Position Overview
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, including preparing financial statements, processing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all financial operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and company policies.
- Support external audits and tax filings
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
