Groupe Sebastien is a management company for multiple brands across different consumer audiences. We currently manage several brands comprising restaurants, outdoor catering services, and schools. The Sandbox Beach Club, one of the restaurants managed by Groupe Sebastien, is a state-of-the-art beach resort with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the first exclusive beach club destination in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and lifestyle in Ghana.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to head our cleaning team. The Head Cleaner’s core duties involve supervising and coordinating the activities of the cleaning team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for ensuring the cleaning team executes our standards on cleanliness specifications, both inside and outside of the restaurant as well; it will also include
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the cleaning team
- Inspecting the restaurant facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Recommending additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assisting in hiring and training cleaning staff
- Preparing work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
- Raising request for replenishment of out-of-stock cleaning materials.
- Ensuring restaurant areas, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms are always clean
Qualification Required & Experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher National Diploma in any related field
- 2-3 years prior cleaning experience
- Knowledge on the effective usage of cleaning tools and materials

REMUNERATION
Qualified candidates will be paid a monthly salary range of GHS1200 – GHS1500 with other benefits
Location: Labadi – Accra
