Credit Burj Limited is a registered Financial Services Company providing short to medium term financing to Individuals, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) in Ghana. The Credit Burj team is young, vibrant and innovative and have significant experience in the financial services industry. Credit Burj Limited was founded based on the need to fill a gap in the way financial services are offered to individuals and Small and Medium Enterprises.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of financial services and banking industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
