Takoradi Gas Limited is one of the leading industrial gas manufacturers and distributors of world-renowned welding accessories, welding consumables, and power tools brands in Ghana. As a growing company, we are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence while supporting our valued employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee performance management, including feedback, evaluations, and career development planning.
- Facilitate training and development programs to ensure continuous professional growth and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with Ghana labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Managing local union and TUC, conducting union negotiations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations in Ghana.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
