Role Description
The Digital Products Manager is an innovative, highly skilled and business-savvy Manager who plays a key role for the institution to deploy the most preferred digital channels in the financial services industry. The DPM has a proven track record in digital product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive customer satisfaction and lead to business growth.

Qualifications
- Communication and Analytical Skills
- Product Management and Project Management skills
- Digital Strategy Expertise
- Experience working in a digital product management role
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital products management, specifically in mobile apps, internet banking, or USSD platforms.
