DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sales and Inventory reporting
- Monitor Local and International transfer payments
- Customer account reconciliations
- Ensure all advances taken are accounted for promptly and in accordance with policy
- Maintain and update data into accounting software for all payment vouchers and
- journals Supplier Account Reconciliations
- Ensuring the timely preparation and filing of all statutory returns
- Perform weekly reconciliations for all bank statements, cash tills and momo accounts
- Maintaining the fixed assets register to safeguard assets
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic departmental reports
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the lines supervisor from time to time

EXPERIENCE:
- 1st Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
- Professional qualification or part qualification in ICA or ACCA
- Have a sound appreciation of office administration and accounting procedures
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Experience in the use of accounting software, ie SAP, Quickbooks etc
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Self-starter
